Over the years, the work has created relationships with coaches, educators and football professionals across Sweden and Spain. That network allows Football Abroad to involve specialists when a municipality, club, school or international project needs knowledge beyond the core team.

Antonio leads programme development, partnerships and the connection between Football Abroad's Swedish and Spanish football networks.
He holds a UEFA B licence and has completed the theoretical component of the UEFA A education in Spain. He has also completed Smartfootball Level 1 and Level 2 and has experience working as a Smartfootball instructor.
His coaching background includes environments such as Djurgårdens academy, IFK Stocksund, Karlbergs BK, Nacka FC and Örby IS. At IFK Stocksund he held responsibility for methodology in the youngest age groups while also coaching other teams.
Antonio founded the RCD Espanyol Academy in Sweden and has 7 years of teaching experience in Swedish schools. He has delivered lectures and educational sessions connected to Danderyds Gymnasium, Atleticagymnasiet, Rågsved, Nacka FC and Tyresö.

Antonio was also involved in the development of Footclass. The project originally started as a digital education platform for football coaches and later evolved into a player video-analysis service.
The work brought together coaches and educators in its first phase and football analysts in its later phase — useful experience in building learning products and coordinating specialist expertise rather than delivering everything through one person.

Football Abroad maintains relationships with experienced coaches and football professionals in both countries. When a programme benefits from a particular perspective, the objective is to bring in the right person rather than pretend one educator should cover every subject.
This network has also supported international learning experiences, including educational travel for Swedish coaches in Catalonia. For employability-focused programmes, Football Abroad can also bring in experienced HR and recruitment professionals to deliver CV, application and interview modules from an employer perspective.
